Just got my new computer still need help.

My computer arrived today. I should have it completely up by Friday. I would still like my old account back. If I need to I will post pictures I have uploaded in previous posts.

I lost the password. Microsoft is unhelpful. I’ve given them information, but the only answer they seem to have is open a new account. I opened one with google. I would just like to continue to use my original log in. Is it possible to do this?

I finally have the new computer up and running well. I sent a pm to heroic life. Hope I can get that old account back. Thanks for the help Mods.
