i have to say something on two fronts. Number one, is it considered murder/manslaughter if hypothetically someone had a family member who was murdered, kidnapped or raped, then hired some random person and bribed him to murder the gunman if he could even though thsi person has nothing to do with the family member? There was a earier post that said “is hiring a hitman a crime” and everyone including myself agreed it is. So is this the same thing?
Number two, can hammurabis law code influence a future private legal system should one exist?.
Any thoughts?
