First, the causes of the Great Depression continue to be disputed and there are plenty of smart people that would disagree its the result government “hyperintervention” (whatever that means). But hey they could be wrong, right? So, let’s assume they are. That’s one data point. One many people would characterize as an outlier.

Your argument is that the Great Depression is an outlier? That is very odd. Last time I checked that outlier is used to support 100% of arguments in favour of monetary policy. Every single Keynesian economist that I’ve ever heard/read must be part of an outlier group of economists.
