Yes you are slower and less intelligent because of smoking pot, to what extent depends on how often and long your were smoking. It is impossible for the user to determine this as they always think everything is fine.

krazy kaju, that was time well spent. Very good research material. As flic said, PT, is making this quite comical now. Maybe this primate was a pot-smoker! It would really explain some things.
