This is obviously a very important issue.
I can’t pass a my neighbour’s leaf-blower in use without grumbling something along the lines of, “Oh I see, so now your leaves are somebody ELSE’S problem, huh!?!”
After this, when I’m home, I’ll usually just roll a doob, and watch my frustrations go up in smoke.
