I just saw this article yesterdy, and, now I am convinced that they should be as equally of a concern to us as the federal reserve is.

Now, the police are free to heckle people basically who are being questioned without any witness present. They claim that allowing people to have an attorney when they’re questioned would cause too much hassle for the justice system and cost too much money-- a BS excuse if you ask me. This is just more of an attempt by the supreme court to try to get people to incriminate themselves-- self incrimination which is illegal and against the constitution.
I feel that we need to set our minds on two tasks: abolishing the federal reserve/reforming it greatly and abolishing the supreme court/reforming it greatly.
What are your thoughts on this?

Not surprising to see the Bush appointed judge call it a waste in so many words. The doctrine still stands though, saying nothing to the cops until you have a lawyer. Nothing.
Actually don’t you remember just a while ago that the Obama administration was seeking to limit defendant’s rights? It was in the news some time ago. We have a very huge corrupt system and it all needs to change. It’s not just the Bush people involved here. The Obama people are too.
People are too busy paying attention to that Soda lady to notice this.
We have a corrupt system. Both parties are equally corrupt. The supreme court has officially lost any meaning it had now in my eyes. How should we go about reforming it and abolishing it?
It’s not that I don’t believe the possibility of such a claim but I would like to see that in writing.

The judiciary can be trumped by the legislature or executive at any time. Judges basically just tell the other two branches of government what they want to hear. IOW, they issue legal memoranda approving of what the State has already decided to do anyway. “Judicial reform” is simply not necessary.
With respect to civil lawsuits, the judiciary is just a forum for private actors already. Abolish the State, and the top judges and their deputies will segue seamlessly into private tribunals.
