I was trying to figure out if the Johnson Act was still in function and I can’t really find any site that will confirm this except maybe for wikipedia :l

Can anyone direct me in my search?

My bad, just realized you probably meant the Johnson Act of 1934.

For future reference, couple of ways to look up statutes.

If the statute was passed between 1789 and 1875, it will be in the historical “Statutes at Large” collection, maintained at the Library of Congress.

If the statute was passed by the 104th Congress or later <1995-present>, it can be found on GPO in SLIP format.

http://www.gpoaccess.gov/plaws/browse.html

If it was passed between 1876 and 1994 it is not maintained by the government in an electronic format and must be looked up at your nearest depository library.
