I listened a while ago to a 15 minute lecture from the Austrian Scholars Conference (if I remember rightly) about how you need to mix your labour for a suffcient amount of time to homestead some land as such if you don’t use a piece of property for a long time it ceases to be your property. Does anyone know which lecture I’m talking about and can you please link it?
