McCain went full retarded.

And you guys know that one must never go full retarded.

http://www.thenewamerican.com/index.php/usnews/crime/3344-mccain-proposes-indefinite-detention-without-trial

Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) has introduced a bill that would allow the President to imprison an unlimited number of American citizens (as well as foreigners) indefinitely without trial…

Oh my, oh my. Republicans know how to waste a chance when they see one. They all could just jump into the Ron Paul bandwagon, but no, they go to the neo-con route.

I guess if there’s open sedition and secession in the near future the Republicans are anticipating another Lincoln will be needed to get into office

Yeah that’s pretty bad. Ironic that you spelled retarded “retarted” though. Not being a dick just saying it’s funny.

Fixed.

I don’t know who makes the worst comments, John McCain or Bradford deLong. Ever since deLong got absolutely intellectually crushed after posting his strawman of Austrian theory, his blog posts seem to be going down the drain.

Link?

I’m struggling to contain my laughter right now. Seriously, doesn’t this violate his Oath of Office or something?

If these people gave a damn about their oath of office the majority of legislation and regulation that currently exists wouldn’t exist, and they would have each put a gun to their head and pulled the trigger a long, long time ago.

They don’t. The state does all these things to give the appearance of legitimacy.

Any organization that isn’t based in voluntary exchange is a criminal gang. Things will never improve until people see what the nature of the beast is. All that talk about oaths, the constitution, voting and all that jazz does is rule in their favor as far as ultimate authority is concerned.

lol @ Nielsio’s video.

Looks like they got some Salad Fingers inspiration?

When you guys talk about legitimacy, are you talking about legal legitimacy or moral legitimacy? Because the government has legal legitimacy. Unless of course there is some higher court than the SCOTUS that is willing to rule that the US government isn’t legally legitimate.

EDIT: nevermind, I started a new thread about this.

Still, that’s quite an improvement from the days he was calling for an all-out invasion of Russia. I guess we’re winning
