The effort is great but, and I agree with the slogan, but the design doesn’t work for a bumper sticker. Walk across the room and see if you can read the small text at the bottom. The type of font is good, except the grungy texture is cheesy (sorry). You need to ditch the gradient and make it have better contrast, plus probably revise the shield logo into something like “LvMI”.
