Agreed Spidey, great post.. I remember sitting in class alittle less than a year ago and realzing how inconsistent both liberals and conservatives are..I thought to myself, ‘wouldnt it make sense if the conservatives were the ones opposing wars (although neither really do) since they are so hardcore pro-life and evangilical? Wouldnt it make sense if the liberals were the ones trying control peoples social issues since they want to control the way people handle their money? Why do the conservatives say they are for economic freedom (even though they really arnt) but arnt for social freedoms or personal liberties?’ None of it made sense to me and I realized I was neither of these. I then discovered libertarianism and it has changed my life ever since. It still baffles me that not everyone is a libertarian. It just makes so much sense.
Well they are so inconsistent, that who knows what they are claiming from one day to the next.
I personally don’t think Obama is stupid. I, in fact, believe him to be very smart and thus a greater threat to freedom than a stupid person would be.
If anything, the changes Obama proposes are…approaching evil. Which would make him evil. But not stupid. That’s all my opinion of course.

GWB would be a complete nobody without a wealthy and well-connected father. And without affirmative action and some extremely fortuitous circumstances, Barack Hussein would be duking it out with Montel Williams for market share.
Dense is probably a better descriptor. They are both passably literate, but rather unsophisticated. And they’ve grown up in these little cocoons never having had to pay any consequences for their crackpot ideas.
Of the two, I would say Obama has less chops. Bush at least dabbled, albeit not very successfully, in private business and has an MBA. I doubt Hussein even understands double-entry accounting.
Also, I personally think Machiavelli’s Prince is one of the greatest books ever written because I believe it gives a terrific description of humankind and human nature.
