Do you have empirical data to back this up, or are you claiming to know a priori that the increasing marginal utility of alcohol consumption lessens as you approach blacking out?

my only critism, is that at posioning, (delta)utility must be negative, not 0- mix of total vs (delta)- see, something AP econ [non-austrian] was useful

Yea, you’re right. At the point of death the marginal utility would be zero, since you’re dead and so marginal utility doesn’t really apply to you anymore, but between blacking out and death the marginal utility of alcohol should be negative.
I am an alcohol-capitalist, and as such I believe in self-regulation.
