A couple weeks ago some ghetto trash male thug kicked my pregnant niece in the abdomen. Currently, she and her baby seem to be okay. This thug has so far been able to elude the police. Assuming I find him before the police do, what does libertarian theory say I’m allowed to do to him?

Whether a poster is or is not a “troll” is of no consequence if the content of the post is deemed worthy of serious consideration by the individual who reads it–who, if he/she really cares to respond, may indeed do so.
So I ask you again, person who may or may not be a troll…is this a serious question? Do you even care what libertarian theory says? And more importantly, would it even make a difference?
