I’m writing a column about the Jeffrey Immelt appointment by Obama, and, long story short, I need a quotation from End the Fed regarding how Paul Volcker sharly raised interest rates during his tenure as Chairman of the Federal Reserve. I remember reading it in the book, but my copy is in a different state right now. If anyone can even find a PDF of the book (I tried but can’t find one), then that would suffice. I’ll look through it until I find the quotation.
