Shirts are under memorabilia section. Make another tab for “Apparel”. The former sounds like its for bumper stickers and mugs. A lot of people probably never think to check it for shirts.
More shirts! New designs, different colors, etc. I’d love to have a mises shirt but, my (terrible) fashion sense prohibits me from wearing bright red shirts with black designs.
The Rothbard Enemy of the State T-shirt is unbelievably BA. I wear it as often as possible. Its one of the best designs I’ve ever seen. More like this.
There should also be multiple designs per figure. There should be more than one mises shirt, more than one hayek shirt, etc. I don’t really like a lot of the designs or quotes on the shirts.
So, more on the prominent economists, multiple designs per, and no crazy colors. This is just my 2 cents, but these forums would be a great place to bounce around some ideas
This is true. I searched online the other day to see if I could find some new Mises designs, and no such luck.
I believe LibertyManiacs has some Mises and Rothbard designs, but they are probably a bit cartoony.
I have the Rothbard shirt, too. I’d like to see some different designs that aren’t their faces. Design a shirt how you would design a book cover. Something such as having Ludwig von Mises somewhere on the top with a design in the middle and Human Action on the bottom. People would probably think it’s a band shirt and ask about it (plus, it probably wouldn’t make us look so nerdy, who else wears shirts of economist faces?).
My birthday’s coming up, and all I want is a Rothbard shirt and the Austrian economists poster. I was also considering the Hayek shirt. What don’t you like about “collectivism is slavery?” That blue is pretty bad, but I think it would get people’s attention. More posters would also be great, perhaps with individual people and quotes in big letters.
