Does the new transportation tax (i think for every mile driven you get taxed) completley go completly contrary to keynesian economic philosophy? It prevents people to spend and travel right? seriously how would they even answer this?
While “job creation” , “spending to save the economy”, welfare, social security, and “the paradox of saving” are idiotic ideas I at least can grasp the point. I can’t even comprehend this. Are greens and health nuts so destructive they just do give a damn? Where do they get this kind of lobbying power? It honestly seems, without research anyway, like a group of people that shouldn’t be that much of a lobbying threat (when compared to banks, very large corporations, unions, and the military anyway)
