If any of you haven’t gone on Lew Rockwell’s website today, I just read this article.
I can’t find much more on the internet regarding the new procedure aside from that article, so I don’t know when it will start or exactly what it means. If anyone knows anything, does it means every single person will have to take off his or her clothes before going onto the airplane? I have a flight to New York later this month and I’m not down for this at all.
Brian, the article is clearly satire. Consider, e.g., the statement, “[T]he new system will have two lines designated ‘Rams’ and ‘Ewes.’”
The article supposedly comes from the “Mendax News Service.” “Mendax” is Latin for “lying.”
The TSA spokesman is called “Shepherd Ovis.” “Ovis” is Latin for “sheep.”
Okay, that’s good to hear. I didn’t know they ever put satire on Lew Rockwell? That’s why I was really confused. I guess I have to brush up on my Latin.

It’s a really bad sign for times to come when you mistake a satirical article as the truth and think it actually seems fathomable.
