Found this cute little gem in Article I of the North Carolina Constitution, while on a search for something completely unrelated:
Sec. 15. Education.
The people have a right to the privilege of education, and it is the duty of the State to guard and maintain that right.
Right to a priviledge??? Must have been written by a public school graduate.
