As the intellect apprehends these that are - life, liberty, and property - true knowledge of what they are is part of the process in deliberating their nature - their what is.
It is true this knowledge of life is life.
It is true this knowledge of liberty is liberty (freedom from physical coercion)
it is true this knowledge of property is property.
* what the object is, such an object is not depended upon knowledge in order for such an object to exist. In this instance, life is, liberty is, and property is - that has been intellectually apprehended.
Definitions usually bog down discussion from expanding, but as long as life, liberty, and property have been intellectually apprehended as being I’m moving into this for now:
life being life is the truth of life.
liberty being liberty is the truth of liberty.
property being property is the truth of property.
in other words for each of these: if life is not life that is not only illogical (A is not-A) but false according to what the object - life - is. (liberty and property can be put in place of the term life in that statement and the same would hold true.)
life being life is good of life.
liberty being liberty is good of liberty.
property being property is good of property.
of course evil being evil is good of evil too, but life, liberty, and property are quiddities of human nature, and how a person acts their life, liberty, and property is individuality determined not universally determined.
thus:
it is alright that life is life
it is alright that liberty is liberty
it is alright that property is property
- being that life, liberty, and property are quiddities of human nature it thus follows: it is not false or wrong, but right that life is life, right that liberty is liberty, right that property is property. And these being quiddities of human nature, in other words, right of human nature - again in other words - what is of human nature: life, liberty, and property is the same as stating what is right (what is) of human nature. Those quiddities (what is) of human nature is the same as stating right (what is) of life, right (what is) of liberty, and right (what is) of property. And that is stating what is of human nature. Humans are capable of murder or empathy (though the latter in affirmation of human nature can be said to be rightly of human nature). But murder is not the basic premise of human nature because either to commit murder or to not commit murder the basic acts, the more essential quiddities of human nature: life, liberty, and property initiate such bad acts (and initiate good acts too). Good being of the nature of those natural rights, the affirmation of those natural rights. Bad being acts not in accord and thus avoid those natural rights. In other words, murder is not life, liberty, or property - murder is the negation of life, liberty, and property. A is not non-A.
