The mainstream news media are controlled by the federal government, and I can prove it with 5 words:

Martin Luther King conspiracy trial.

What was the Martin Luther King conspiracy trial, you ask? Never heard of it? I hadn’t either, till fairly recently.

Ever since King was assasinated, many, including his family, believed that he was gunned down by a government conspiracy, not a lone nut. In 1999 the family of MLK brought a civil suit in Memphis Tennessee alleging such a government conspiracy. The jury agreed with the Kings, and found that they had proved their case.

It’s interesting enough that a jury found a government conspiracy to murder the civil rights leader. What’s profoundly interesting is that, while local TV news in Memphis reported the story, it was never covered in any national news outlet. Not ABC, not CBS, not NBC. Not CNN and not FOX. Not AP and not Reuters.

Think about it. Martin Luther King was a man for whom there is now a federal holiday, a trial takes place alleging conspiracy, and this isn’t news!?!? Forget O.J. Simpson, this really was the trial of the century.

The only explanation that makes any sense to me it that damaging news stories can be spiked at the national level. Does anybody care to offer another plausible explanation?

The Council on Foreign Relations is filled with media muckety-mucks. It is a nest of self-congratulating power whores. Whatever nightmarish world the creepy types who frequent the CFR envisino for us is meant to be brought about largely through media trickery. This is really the old Soviet model, originally. Rather than go to the expense of actually launching a new revolutionary aircraft, you just build a model, film it in the studio then show the film to the displaced, illiterate, rock farmers who will all go “oooooooooooh” and “aaaaaaaaaah”. The Zapruder film of JFK’s assassination, for example, is a hoax. There are whole libraries of books written which take the Zapruder film as gospel. How much easier it is to quash conspiracy theorization by simply forwarding hoaxed evidence to the public than trying to dispel myths based on critical thinking. The reality is that, not only do we not know what happened on Nov. 22, 1963, but we really don’t have any reliable means of finding out since almost all the evidence that exists came through a media person or a government official, neither of whom can be trusted to relate a true story instead of obfuscatory disinformation.

The Waco raid, the Oklahoma City bombing, the first World Trade Center bombing, the 9/11 attacks, the 7/7 attacks, the Madrid attacks, the many “foiled plots” since 9/11… all have the same attribute that almost everything we know about these events came through media or government personnel.

Really? Do you have evidence or arguments for this, besides the link you provided. Because some of that analysis is… dubious. Is there any particular argument made on that website that you think is strong evidence of Zapruder fakery?

Great post again Clayton. I must admit I’ve quite enjoyed reading what you’ve been writing lately. It’s incredible I bought that crap. What really takes the cake is the complete mismatch of the headwound with the autopsy photos released in the 1980s. They can’t even do a half decent attempt at a logically consistent cover up…

Yeah. I don’t know about you, but when I hear gun shots I react in a heart beat, don’t bother to take stock of my surroundings and maybe let some things lapse while I find out what the hell is going on. No, I immediately drop into a ninja crouch and prepare to tear someone’s throat out…

Actually on second thought, after hearing gun shots behind you and sensing panic, a driver might - just might mind you! - take his foot off the gas and turn around to, ya know, see what the hell was going on. And of course, lest we get too technical here, you only have to drive once in your life before you realize the near universal human reaction to any uncertainty while driving is to step on the brake and slow down. People even slow down when cars are seemingly coming straight at them and slowing down is a bad choice.

In other words, the limo breaking is not unusual. Ah! But the person driving is a highly trained government agent who… probably couldn’t find his own ass with a pack of hunting dogs and a pair of his own skivies to get them on the scent. Once more, nothing more than natural human incompetence and idiocy is necessary to explain this seeming proof! of conspiracy.

One of the problems with the Zapruder film is that the bodies lurch forward and back as if there was a sudden stop and sudden acceleration, yet the motion of the limo appears constant. That is irreconcilable with reality, but makes perfect sense if they removed frames from the footage. The heads of the secret service officers turn too quickly back to facing forward, again, imposbilbe in reality, but exactly what you might get in removing frames from the footage.

The other problem, of course, is that Kennedy’s head is shot from the front, which is counter to the official “lone nut with a magic bullet” story.

I notice nobody has commented on the original post about the Martin Luther King conspiracy trial. Have most of you even heard of this? Don’t you agree it proves that major news stories can be effectively killed?

What reality is this, the reality where your body melts into and becomes rigid and one with the car when you sit in it? I don’t know about you, but when I’m in the car while I am somewhat slaved to its acceleration/decelaration curves, I still have some freedom of movement because I am a separate frigging entity with free will that’s sitting in a car, not a plastic mannequin strapped to the seat and in essence then a part of the vehicle.

Bullshit. How fast someone turns their head, or seems to turn their head, and whether or not it’s ‘possible’, and given the vagueries of the film speed vs the speed of the actual events and the adrenaline rush undoubtably going through their bodies at the time plus any number of the billion or so other variables which could affect the actual and supposed speed of their head turns, is such a matter of opinion that it counts for diddly crap as evidence of anything.

Until of course you go shooting melons and realize sometimes they go backward and sometimes the go forward, which essentially depends on the fragmentation of the round as it enters and how much mass it ejects when it exits on the other side.

If true it proves the major outlets didn’t report on it. The veracity of the case and the relative idiocy or nonidiocy of the jury might bear on why they did or did not do that as well. Once more, the government that can’t reliably do anything with competence has somehow covered up a massive conspiracy without issue…

In Zapruder, ALL of the bodies lurch forward at the same time. This is only explained by sudden deceleration, yet the motion of the limo appears constant. You want to believe they all lurched forward at the exact same time by coincidence?

Both secret service agent’s heads go from looking back to looking forward in one film frame, which on that camera was 1/18 of a second. Whipping your head from back to front as fast as possible should take 2-3 film frames, at least.

In the MKL conspiracy trial, the decision of the jury came at the end. The trial itself was huge news, and would have been covered nightly by independent news.

The government is incompetent? Really? They have a situation in which they control all dispute resolution, command a million man army, satellites and submarines, their messages are broadcast on hundreds of video channels 24 hours per day, they dictate cirriculum from kindergarten through graduate school, they take property from whomever they wish, they borrow and print money without limit, all in service of their personal goals of wealth, power and global conquest, there is nothing anyone can do to stop them . . . and they are incompetent? How do you figure that?

Perhaps I was wrong then. Can I assume from the above statement you do therefore see a problem with the Zapruder video contradicting eyewitness reports about the limousine stopping?

Check this page out. It has all of the videos that captured the event as well as this one. I feel really bad for this Gordon Arnold guy at the end. And make sure you watch the whole thing.

EDIT:

Alex Jones always says that the media doesn’t cover legit attacks. The media only hypes the ones that the government stages or provokes.

On the photographic fakery in the Zapruder film, here is a quote from an interesting article on the Global Research site by Jim Fetzer :

" Creating a false photographic record of the assassination was crucial to the cover-up. Had JFK been killed in a non-public setting, no one would have believed he had not been taken out by a conspiracy. As much thought was given to concealing the truth from the public as was given to executing the assassination itself. By removing some events and adding others, the home movie known as the Zapruder film became the backbone of the cover-up [52]. As long as it was taken to be authentic, it would be impossible to reconstruct the crime.
