That’s pretty much what the blog said, but does anybody know about the law(s) in question? ![]()
Thanks to some hints of the blog post commenter, an interesting study was found about the budgeting process in Sweden.
In Brazil we have a similar law that is called Law of Fiscal Responsibility, if not by it, the crap would have hit the fan long ago.
