Can anyone help me with this? I’ve attached a PDF and a very very messy word file. It needs to be cleaned up with footnotes embedded so that we can post in HTML.

FWIW, the formatting of the original article can be recreated in a stylesheet (for example, try the attached style.txt, renamed to .css (site won’t let me upload .css files))
And I just discovered one error I missed - the “O” in “O. Morgenstern” in footnote 9 is a digit zero, not a letter.
