I know Tom Wood’s goes over in his book about governmental regulations that allowed banks to get away with what they did, but I do not want to buy Metldwon because he has other chapters on material that I already have. I’m just interested in what he wrote in the second and third chapters. Is there any article or lecture that I can see that goes over this?
