"Realizing Freedom" by Tom G. Palmer

Was just wondering if anybody here has read this book. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, but also know Palmer has been highly critical the Mises crowd and paleolibertarianism (if we can still use that term). The reviews on Amazon are all very glowing, but I was just curious to hear from an Austro-Lib whose read it.

It’s a great book. I think that Palmer makes some concensions he shouldn’t have, or at least doesn’t explain his position to the fullest, but overall it’s a very good book. And Palmer is as good a writer as he is a public speaker. I think that the animosity between Cato and the Ludwig von Mises Institute has basically become personal in nature, more than ideological.
