Ofcourse there is a position to be defended to not having a constitution in the first place, however please thos that hold this position, don’t wipe the document

1 year prior public notice for what? There would be no taxes and therefore no government/budget.

I like this idea as long as it’s informal and the ambassador acts on behalf of himself and not Rothbardia because that would mean (1) he could mess up and the ‘country’ would look bad due to one person, and (2) it sounds like we’d be in the United Nations.

The ambassador would only have the power to negotiate a treaty proposal text, to be put to the vote of the Citizens of Rothbardia for approval or rejection (remember individual veto). Maybe you can improve on the text so as to make this clearer. Collaborative effort here so go ahead and improve on what’s there. Suggest you download a copy of the text once you edited just in case someone improves upon your improvement.
WMDs difference with your small bomb is that they CANNOT be used without harming the innocents, while a small bomb (or a knife for that matter) are possible to use WITHOUT harming innocents even though they certainly can be used to hurt innocents (ie for committing a crime)

Would it be like a church whereas you subscribe to a certain doctrine of living? If so, why would you need a 1-year prior notice?
The reason as to why they won’t leave you alone is tax income, the same reason as to why they won’t let you trade outside your own property if you manage to secceed.

Obviously to counterparties to your contract, that is other Citizens, not The Government (in fact it would be impossible for an entity that is being established by a contract to be party to it, as that requires pre-existence. Also note that the draft does not establish “The (unitary) Government”). The draft says:

In other words post on your front door and somewhere else the Citizens can be expected to notice.
If so, why would you need a 1-year prior notice?
To avoid situations were you kill someone, then immediately secceed and join another state to avoid persecution.
It also avoids your immediate mental seccession a split second before you kill someone
