This has been out for awhile. Its a graphic adaptation of L Neil Smith’s classic libertarian sf story from the 80s. I have the hardcopy of it when it came out.
BHP has several other good libertarian comics on-line.
Roswell, Texas is another LNeil Smith story. (an original one) (you can get a b/w hardcopy edition).
Timepeepers is another good original LNeil story.
There are 2 ongoing stories. Phoebus Krumm is by LNeil, and is the sequel to his previous novels Henry Martyn & Bretta Martyn.
