Since I’m still pretty new to the Austrian economics community, is Steven Levitt respected as an economist by Austrian economists in general? I read Freakonomics a few years ago (haven’t read Superfreakonomics yet), and I really liked how he saw things from a different perspective. I remember of the them talked about how Roe v. Wade lowered crime rates, etc., but I can’t tell what his economics beliefs are. Does anyone know?
