Structure of Production Diagram-Two Questions

The “Structure of Production” lends itself to visual presentation. Yet, all I could find is the “Cone of Production” on Mises. Of course, there is the Hayekian triangle, and the Garrison PowerPoint presentation, but I am looking for a diagram of the circular flow of production (too hard to explain here).

  1. I am considering creating my own set of diagrams to illustrate the Structure of Production. Is there anything out there I could refer to so I don’t waste my time, i.e., has this already been done?

  2. I am using MS Works “Paint” to do this, which produces visually terrible results. All I need to do is create lines, semi-circles, circles, labels, etc. Very simple stuff. Is there any free software you could suggest? Given my skill level, the software should be easy to use.

Xara is my favorite and there is a free version out there for linux boxes.

Thanks for the input. I am looking into these downloads. I am concerned they may to too difficult for me to handle, but I do appreciate the reply.
