In this blog-post from Monday, http://blog.mises.org/archives/008966.asp, DW, states that the CDS market is working. I’m not disagreeing, but being somewhat of a novice, I couldn’t pull from the post actual evidence that it was working other than a quote from a third party. I was bit taken aback by this as it was in such contract from what I’ve heard in the popular media (not that everything else on this site isn’t too). So, how are they working? Thanks in advance.
