Great post. I don’t know about aping the state unless the state was prohibited from making any laws or treaties. It’s too easy to see a pseudo-government evolve into a real government. That said, the insight about democracy and the envy of democracies is very interesting.
Check this out when you get a chance, I think it fits with your recent direction. I don’t think Hoppe has all the answers, and I am somewhat confident he would agree with me on that.
