Which do you think is better? Taxation with or without spending? I think Lew Rockwell said in “Speaking of Liberty” that he’d prefer the government throw all our stolen money into the sea rather than spend it and waste resources. Doesn’t this go against empirical evidence of structurally adjusted African nations where governments maintain the same taxation while cutting domestic spending to channel funds into debt payment? I mean the government does not spend on the domestic economy and domestic economy tanked. What are the effects of taxation? What are the effects of spending?
