It’s missing the role of the CRA. Actually, there are several opinions about the influence of CRA policies in causing the crisis.

Can someone explain to me what leverage is? The video explains it rather quickly and I could not understand anyway. Who was borrowing? The banks?

Don’t be hating on leverage. There are appropriate times to leverage and not appropriate times to leverage.
