The "dollars value has dropped 95% since the inception of the FED" statement.

Either I messed up the link or the site’s having a problem.

Was trying to link to “How an economy grows” by Irwin Schiff which illustrates starting from the basics, to understand the concepts at work here in modern society. Talks about savings, underconsumption, currency manipulation, capital, etc. in very simplified examples. Since the guy above seems to be giving credit for society’s advancement to fiat currency, it seemed appropriate. If someone can’t see the harm in devaluing currency with scam banking after reading this, I don’t know what to say.

“How an economy grows” in google will turn up results too.

Most modern economists I’m sure do understand the concepts at this level, but they obviously can’t apply them to a large modern society-- as if the principles suddenly change. Reminds me of the physics world where the rules literally are different depending on the scale of the field you’re considering. But the holy grail in the physics world is a theory to resolve this in a unified field theory! They don’t just shrug off this obvious conflict like modern economists do.
