Could John W Booth be considered a libertarian, even if he violated the NAP by assassinating Lincoln?
Also, if you’re a legislator or a head of state, does it automatically mean that you violate the NAP?
I think he is even though he didn’t do it in self-defense. And although it was not in self-defense, the State can execute people for far less than what Lincoln did, while Lincoln was a head of State.
I don’t think that whoever bombed the OK CIty Building considered the NAP, because he/they killed people who were not aggressing directly against them at all nor were any of the people tyrannical legislators or tyrannical heads of state.
