In my final year of school back in 2004 I watched this CBC train wreck. A subsidiary of the Canadian federal government being used in the cirriculum for state indoctrination, how subtle.
Could someone here provide me with information on these ten contenders?
Don Cherry - Talks about Hockey. Promotes supporting the troops. Besides that, does some nice things.
Tommy Douglas - Leader of CCF which became the NDP.
Terry Fox - Ran across Canada with an amputated leg to raise cancer awareness. Good guy.
Gretzky - played hockey. Saved 0 lives, liberated no one from government, inspired other people to play hockey. Whoop-de-do.
Macdonald - As far as heads of state go, not all that bad. But then again, the heads of state 100 years ago were way better than the prominent ones today
Pearson - rot in hell.
Suzuki - we’re all gonna die because we’re killing mother earth. Yawn.
Pierre Elliot Trudeau - The first person that made me hate the state. This shitbag had a charming smile, and that was qualification enough to be a prime minister for 16 years. He created multiculturalism, revived animosity between aglophone and francophone canadians, created a giant deficit and left a pile of debt. Gave the people of canada a forced mandate of multiculturalism that till this day, the government doesn’t have to live up to. He was a fascist in his youth, sabotaged constitutional equality for quebec, and is a prime example of why politicians are so dangerous, and how terribly a constitutional republic fails us.
