This was made roughly over the course of a few months as I realised in this period of time Libertarians, those in the Austrian School of Economics, minarchists, anarcho-capitalists, real conservatives and every other label that wishes to live in a Free & Prosperous land devoid of government & state tyranny often become pessimistic about the future prospects of liberty and lose all hope. As Murray Rothbard so greatly pointed out in his essay; Left and Right: The Prospects for Liberty
“For the Libertarian, the main task of the present epoch is to cast off his needless and debilitating pessimism, to set his sights on long-run victory and to set out on the road to its attainment. To do this, he must, perhaps first of all, drastically realign his mistaken view of the ideological spectrum; he must discover who his friends and natural allies are, and above all perhaps, who his enemies are. Armed with this knowledge, let him proceed in the spirit of radical long-run optimism that one of the great figures in the history of libertarian thought, Randolph Bourne, correctly identified as the spirit of youth.”

I hoped to accomplish several things in this presentation;
- Reject the Status Quo
- The Lesser of Two Evils is still Evil
- It’s a One Party System with Two Faces of Evil
- Don’t Waste Your Vote: Vote your Conscience - especially if that means NOT voting at all!
- Liberty is a plant of Rapid Growth
- There is Hope & We’ll win in the End
Hopefully it serves as a guide to convert those who are thinking about voting for the lesser of two evils - too NOT and in fact; the best thing they can do is vote 3rd party or NOT at all! In terms of those who are already on the right path, I decided to go with an emotional angle - that there really is hope & we are it.
