To need your suuport

To people concened

To well develop the Mises’s economic thought in China and make it accessible to China readers without falsification by someone in China, I make up my mind to write again to need your support from Mises Institute and to make it clear what is the origin of Mises economic thought, the praxological approach to economics and his monetary business cycle.

Three years reading Mises related books provided by Mises Institute website helps me to understand Mises economic thoughts come from his penetrating observation of the capitalism development in the west and its contribution to human well being; from his critical eyes on different economics theories and other various explanation of human history; and from the classical freedom thoughts. His free market economics theory highlights the individuals’ choices, that is, human prefer means to reach his target. To verify his praxological approach to economics, he uses or criticizes the previous or contemporary scholars ideas, and express his view that human heart inwardly want to employ the existing means to reduce their uneasiness or to improve their life condition; and that economic phenomena emerges from human preferences or choices in indirect exchange market.

Therefore, I flatly disagree what Dr Huang wrote in his paper in bid to apply to Fudan University of China for economics Doctor Degree, Mises thought stemming from Kant and Weber.

If you agree with me to give me support, or if not you can make any good suggestion, I will express my heart-felt thanks, and important, will unite ourselves to spread Mises thoughts. I am looking forward to reply.

Although it is true that Mises said that German idealism did not really contribute to liberalism, Mises uses quite a bit of Kantian terminology in his works. And while Mises criticized Weber for not being familiar enough with economics, he does endorse many of Weber’s positions. What specifically does Dr. Huang argue?

If I may, I believe we have a few regulars on this board who are fluent in Chinese. Maybe we could send Dr. Huang’s essay to them so they can translate it, if it’s not in English already, so we can better understand the issue at hand. I know some, but not nearly enough to dissect an economics paper.

BinXu, I don’t think anyone here will have a problem supplying you with the resources necessary to combat Dr. Huang. By the way, 认识你很高兴。

I was too stupid to see how old this post was. Sorry for resurrecting a dead thread.
