In our forced monopoly of governance, the state (particularly the US) deals with criminals by throwing them in large prisons with other criminals and hope they get better. I’m not sure if I agree with this approach. Now, setting aside for a moment that many of these “criminals” were doing victimless trades, and that there are obviously people in this world who most would consider “criminal”, what is the best way to deal with these people and how could you limit these people reoffending?
