You do not understand, preventing ships from leaving the port is crucial for humanitarian mission, because… because… eh… because they might smuggle slaves, right!

Seems accurate…in what way can the US be said to be “at war with Libya” if 90% of people in Libya are cheering for the US?

You know what I meant, Paul–The “Lybian State”. Regardless if Lybians want intervention, my point is that Obama is trying to play this down as a war as much as possible because the public is tired of a) seeing people from America get killed overseas and b) the spending it takes to carry out military operations.
