Was it a Wall Street project, or did Wall Street hate it? What evidence exists for and against?
I know that Wall Street planned to overthrow FDR, but I don’t see exactly why other than Glass Steagall.
Whether Wall Street liked it, I’m not sure. But the corporatists must have loved it because they were handed jobs to be bureaucrats for all of the new projects.
