here is the link if I want to buy books and have it donate to lewrockwell.com
http://www.amazon.com/b?node=283155&tag=lewrockwell&camp=15329&creative=331805&linkCode=ur1&adid=1D2B121XCRM2BQJW66ZX&
but what is the link if I want to buy non-books? because when i click on a different department or something else that is non-books, the lewrockwell.com tag goes away.
I’m going to do some shopping on amazon but i want lewrockwell.com to get his donation with my purchase.
That’s a good question. I’m not sure of the answer, but you could use www.goodsearch.com and make the purchase and have money go to the LvMI. Just enter “Mises Institute” in the charity part and click the verify button. I’d be interested to know which method ends up with a larger percentage getting to the receiving institution.
Figured I’d bump this to remind everyone to use GoodSearch.com to support the Mises Institute. Of course there’s a search feature that donates money for you (I know the search is not as good as Google, but if I’m not on a time crunch or an important search, I leave google as the second choice, so $$ will be send to Mises).
Even if you’re not willing to use the search feature you can still shop through the site as well…hundreds of retailers have a partnership with the site, so if you’re going to purchase virtually anything online, go to GoodSearch.com and type in “mises” in the “who do you search/shop for” and verify it’s the Mises Institute. A percentage of your purchase will go directly to the LvMI.
