The best we can hope for is benevolent dictatorships that foster economic prosperity for all and a sound base for health and education. The best I’ve been to for that is Singapore. Anyone can start a business, discrimination is very low (as long as you’re literate), govt tax and regulation is at a bare minimum and the infrastructure is first class.

I would say a country that is 100 percent one religious belief (Sunni Islam) is pretty fanatical. And not just in the sports team type way.

The selection process for the LC is in two phases. Scouting a specific location within the chosen country occurs after the general location has been selected. I have not been to the possible countries listed. It would be not only very expensive but time wise not a realistic endeavour to try and scout every possible location before the site is selected.
