What is Year of Youth?
Year of Youth is a new organization that will facilitate over 100 victorious youth campaigns for local and state office in 2012. We are calling this Project 2012.
Year of Youth’s goal is to run a select number of youth candidates for non-federal offices before 2010 in order to measure the successes, failures, and problems with running a completely youth driven campaign. Year of Youth will then train, recruit, resource, and mobilize hundreds of youth candidates across the United States in 2012.
While Year of Youth is only in the humble beginnings, the plans are not as short-sighted as 2012. Year of Youth will have subsequent campaigns in 2014, 2016, & so on, targeting higher offices and more seats until freedom is restored, liberty is protected, and we become part of the policy making process as elected officials.
Year of Youth’s Founder & Executive Director, Jared Fuller, says about the project:
“I am extremely excited about the prospects of this project. We have already secured several high-level endorsements from leaders of liberty and we will announce them once we have our new site off the ground. Year of Youth is the first organization of its kind and has the potential to be the largest political project to restore freedom and protect local governance in U.S. history.”

Drew has demonstrated tremendous leadership and initiative in setting the bar high for future Year of Youth candidates. Because Year of Youth will strive to maintain full legal compliance, the organization is currently exploring options that will allow this never before tried initiative to flourish with the least amount of legal hindrance.
