I think you have to realize that libertarianism is a political philosophy and social theory, and to understand how it works you need to study these fields. Bottom line: you have to do some reading.

Seriously, get off the forum - seek out the books that deal with anarchy & law, free pdf’s, go read them (I can’t do it for you) then come back.

I agree. You’ve racked up 400 posts in three weeks. Slow down! Take some time off to read and let your brain figure things out. Sleep on it. I recommend starting with these articles. Then once you have a more sophisticated understanding, post any questions you still have.
