Of course the Constitution is useless if no one is willing to follow it. It’s just a piece of paper with some rules on it. But those rules, if followed, work. They did for a long time.

I’m pretty sure an overwhelming majority do, including me. However, I’d be more inclined to murder, rape and steal if I were living in your private law world because it would take forever for you guys to do anything to me.

Taxation, believe it or not, is seen as something of a public duty to a lot of liberals. And I, personally, have no problem paying for the military with my taxes.

But, I don’t think you guys are special, so the rules should apply to you too. If you don’t like it, you can always leave.

But who will pay for your military?

Not everyone think taxation is good, the do it because they like not having their house and other property seized, I could guarantee you that if the majority were to come to be the final arbiter of whether there was or was not taxation, you would find there would be no taxation, of course providing that only those that pay tax get to choose…

This is why we are not supposed to be a democracy…

I think your ideas are cool but not realistic. Some of them make sense, some are based on PREDICTIONS I myself cannot make.

I am talking about lying. Lying when siging a contract is still lying. I am just pointing out the relativism of morality. Lying is not always wrong. Neither is killing another human. Neither is taking property from another person without his or her consent (I guess stealing would imply the person’s property was legitimately owned, and as such is always wrong).
