I plan to major in Economics at George Mason University within two years. What exactly would be the difference in my degree and job opportunities with a BA or BS?
Getting a BS means doing more math. It also means it’s easier to get into grad school and get a better job.
I went to my university for the BS in Economics from the school of business because if was more business oriented. I took 21 credits in economics vs. probably 60 if I chose a BA in Economics. I am now half done my MBA, i do not like it but people make a big deal of MBA’s so i better have it.
It’s your choice man. take care
