Anybody who has read Rothbard’s MES&PM or Mises’ HA, should be able to realize how helpful the study guides provided by Robert Murphy are in regards to comprehending two large, and somewhat difficult texts.
In my study of AE, I have read some texts and realised how helpful a study guide could perhaps be in understanding them, or merely as reference. As it is impossible to expect study guides to be provided for all of the vast numbers of AE works by Mises scholars etc. I think it would be a helpful task if members of this forum were to collaborate in order to produce study guides for selected works. I understand that these will not be up to the standard of the study guides previously mentioned. However, as the Mises Wiki is looking somewhat underdeveloped and as the format of a Wiki is, I believe, Ideal for this sort of task. And, moreover, there are a large number of interested, intelligent individuals on these forums. I don’t think it is too silly of an idea to propose some sort of joint effort to provide study guides to certain selected texts.
Anyway, this is merely a topic in which I wished to propose an idea and to hear the opinions of others.
