basically did any austrian write anything officially considered scholarly on the vietnam war? Maybe rothbard?

There is a journal article in the JLS called “Reform mentality, War, Peace and the National State: From Progressives to Vietnam” its by Arthur Ekirch. I haven’t read it but I googled it and that came up. It is volume three. I’ll keep my eye out though.
