ASC 2010 Ride Share

I’m planning to drive from the Richmond, VA area to Auburn for ASC 2010 and looking for someone to share gas costs and (optionally) tolerate listening to Human Action for twenty hours.

We’ll drive down Wednesday 10 March and back Sunday 14 March, probably on I-85 the whole way.

Been driving for 32 years and never killed anything bigger than a squirrel, so you’re probably safe.

Is driving there cheaper than flying there or taking a train?

Faster (door to door–no waiting for airport shuttles), marginally cheaper (once you take airport taxes into account), and I don’t do strip searches.
