I really liked first videos and photos of the movie.
Usually, movies disappoint me very much comparing to the original texts. But it seems, here the situation will be better. My impression is, producers tried to show most important stuff, Ayn Rand was telling.
Of courcse it would be better, if famous actors would play in athat movie. But it is not a question whether Angelina Jolie liked story or not. The budget was defining.
While I would love to see a movie reach the mass market that denounces collectivism and government intervention, I am worried that Hollywood will end up doing what they usually do and putting a moral spin on it. Something like in the end the evil capitalist empire will realize that they should be helping the people or there will be a moment when a capitalist grows a heart and decides not to follow through with some plan that would have made him billions of dollars and improved the quality of life for millions of people in order to save a puppy. If not those then capitalism will win but the world will be portrayed to somehow be worse off for it.
